Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are thrilled with your dark goods, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can get the return process started ASAP.

We deal with each return on a case by case basis and may opt to offer you a full or partial refund, store credit, or an exchange, depending on the item being returned and the circumstances. The key factor is to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can troubleshoot the problem.  

RETURN PROCESS

If there is a problem with the item(s) you've ordered, contact us at support@ravengoods.com within ten (10) days of receiving the item and include tell us why you are returning all or part of your order. Once we have approved your return we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA# along with the proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt. Assuming the items did not arrive broken or defective, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your package, we will inspect the condition of the returned items. If it meets our criteria, we will process your full refund, partial refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Crystals and minerals
  • Intimate apparel
  • Perishable goods
  • Any flammable liquid or gas, this includes writing inks, oil for diffusers, etc.
  • Opened/used cosmetics
  • Stationery, greeting cards, and postcards
  • Gift Cards
  • Garments which have been worn, used, washed, and not in their original condition
  • Any item which has been opened and obviously used such as candles, etc.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or the wear and tear of a product.

All exchanges and/or returns are a one-time only courtesy. We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are the same item(s) as a previous order.

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, or tariffs either for refunds or exchanged items.
